House has notice saying no junk mail/no newsletters/no circulars or even posted mail only. DO you deliver?

With a large (5,500+) Unitary Ward and much of it rural/semi-rural my most effective way to get the the electorate is a leaflet. I class it as election communication rather than junk mail.
